The agent conducts structured conversations with potential leads, gathering key information such as name, email, and intent. Once collected, the data is automatically pushed to GHL, triggering relevant workflows and optionally scheduling appointments.
The system uses advanced voice synthesis with custom prosody settings, allowing the agent to sound natural, adapt its tone, and even respond to humor. The goal was to create a fully automated yet human-like conversational interface for lead intake.
