Property and plant equipment rental company needed help with accounting processes automation. Existing invoices were manually replicated into their 6 internal companies each with its own QBO login and database.
The solution
The automations created has saved the company on average 40 hours a month. The implemented logic has ensured that
the invoice data is correctly copied into each of the companies
the tax data is correctly preserved depending on state and line items
correct expense categories for each company is selected
correct Environmental fee is applied
correct commission percentage is calculated
