Problem
The QuickBooks invoices generating a PDF and an email that cannot be customized, so the client wanted to customize the outbound email that clients receive with the terms and conditions included into the invoice, and the client receiving the invoice should be signing it. The existing solutions would have forced client to jump between a different solutions which could hardly be customized for clients design needs.
Solution
Custom HTML / CSS/ Javascript solution was created to send fully branded invoice, terms and conditions and final signed document to client whilst maintaining the design language branded as per clients requirements. The invoice itself is being done and tracked in QBO, and using Make.com the invoice information is extracted, parsed and present to client in Mobile responsive view, Desktop view for easy signing process
