Description
The yearly summer camp was taking about 85+ hours every year to deal with repetitive tasks, such as bulk messaging, contract signing, onboarding information sharing.
In addition to that, the registration time during the camp was taking away time from the experience and taking staff time. It was required to automate:
Contract generation
Participant data collection
10,000 feet view reporting
Messaging via WhatsApp and SMS (This was done via IOS shortcuts sending messages from the directors iPhone directly)
Automatic message translation into Latvian and English using Google Translate
Task lists for staff
Inventory tracking
Feedback request automation
The solution was created in GHL with the simple registration link that would take users phone number and take them through automations further.
