Major Medical Equipment testing company's clients required receiving printed and PDF documents with the medical equipment testing results. Medical companies required these compliance certificates to present to the government. The field engineers re-test medical equipment on a yearly basis countrywide. They have been doing a lot of data collect, after which data was subject to manual processing and manual certificate generation. The challenge was to create a solution which would take of this manual work and turn collected data into compliance certificates immediately.
Solution
The project charter forecasted 65% effort reduction as of year 2 after first round of data was collected. The solution consisted of: - It included data collect using AirTable forms and mobile devices - QR code sticker generation and assignment to each equipment piece . Further PDF document generation automations were implemented which generated testing compliance PDF certificates for doctors, dentists and medical agencies and send them by email Tools used: - Softr - AirTable - Make.com (integromat) - Mailgun - APITemplate / airSlate
