The local natural cosmetics manufacturing and distribution client wanted to convert sales and customer data into automated marketing follow-up. We have plugged in Twilio and Integromat/Make.com to retrieve sales and client data from Shopify to improve customer journey during abandoned carts, pre-sales and post-sales follow up via branded SMS coming from the company name and branded email communication.
